Our Services
We offer a wide range of residential property surveys to suit the needs of our clients. As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, we can offer RICS Home Survey/Homebuyer Reports. This is the most common survey chosen by our clients as it is appropriate for the majority of residential properties and provides an excellent level of detail on the condition of a property. We also offer RICS Red Book Valuations, Probate Valuations and Matrimonial Valuations.
RICS Level 2 Survey
The RICS Level 2 survey is the most popular choice for home purchasers. On site, the RICS surveyor assesses the condition of the property from top to bottom and everything in between. A digital report is then produced with an easy-to-understand traffic light rating system, and photo schedule, which allows you to prioritise any issues identified.
